Soft launch

After a couple weeks of hammering on it, I've started to open up the server to the first few users.

The primary purpose of this place will eventually be the main testing site for doorman, which is a tool that I'm working on to play old BBS door games. I took time off of working on that to set this up, though. Once I've got this place tidied up, I can get back to that, and we can all get our LORD on.

In the meantime, we have Swords of Freeport! Log on to your shell account and run sfp to play!

We also have a wide selection of traditional UNIX console games. Have a look in /usr/games.

As for doo.dad, the one last thing I think it's really missing is some sort of chat, so that we can hang out and build community with each other. I'll be working on that next; it will probably be one of those multi-protocol monstrosities that you know me so well for.
